...Sources tell Access Hollywood that former Saturday Night Live regular Chris Kattan apparently recorded a sketch parodying Britney Spears and her recent knicker-free outings in Los Angeles. The clip was pulled from the air apparently due to it's content being too edgy for a family show.
Kattan may have lost his skit, but he did get in a verbal parody of one time host of the Awards, Paris Hilton, who pulled out earlier this week. Presenting with Carmen Electra, he emulated the heiress' "that's hot" catchphrase to big laughs.

We spotted Heather Graham and Parker Posey in the audience of The Groundlings improv theater in Los Angeles last week. They were there to support friend Chris Kattan, who was making a special guest appearance at his old stomping grounds. Throughout the night, Graham continuously shouted out suggestions as she sat in the front row, near the former "Saturday Night Live" star's dad. Kattan, who has six movies on the way, was joined on stage by fellow Groundlings alums Michael McDonald of "Mad TV" and "Austin Powers'" Mindy Sterling.

...Kattan said the decision to appear in his first independent film was an easy one once he read what he felt was a top-notch script and found out he would be playing the part of Posey's boyfriend.
"My character is a freeloader who says things off the top of his head that he shouldn't say at all," he said. "He doesn't really have any social skills but for some reason, Parker is drawn to that."
As a cast member on "Saturday Night Live" for seven seasons, Kattan brought such memorable characters to the small screen as the enigmatic exotic dancer Mango, the Roxbury guys and the half-monkey Mr. Peepers, among others.
"People remember you for the last thing you did and I did a lot of crazy characters on 'Saturday Night Live,'" said Kattan whose film work has continued in that vein with roles in such comedies as "Undercover Brother," "Corky Romano," and "A Night at the Roxbury."
The role in "Adam & Steve" enables Kattan to flesh out a more multi-dimensional character on the big screen.
"With this character, I'm still quirky but a helluva lot more human," he said. "The best comedies are the ones that have humanity behind them. A lot of comedies are funny but you forget about them pretty quickly if they don't grab you at some level emotionally."

Its pretty much the story of Harvard mens lacrosse standouts Steve and Greg Cohen. Just substitute Will Ferrell for Greg, and Chris Kattan for Steve, and change the setting from the Roxbury to Syosset, N.Y., and theyll have you doing a double-take.
When we first came here, they used to call us the Butabi brothers, Steve said, referencing the 1998 comedy film. Before we came here, I didnt know you were allowed to part your hair.

He found Kattan, who is perhaps best-known for his long-running stint on Saturday Night Live, while doing a series of staged readings of the script in Los Angeles and New York. When he didn't have an actor to play Michael for one particular reading, Chester called an agent he knew and asked her to send over some headshots. One was Kattan's. "I wouldn't have thought of Chris for that part, because it's written as sort of a macho straight guy," says Chester. "But then I thought, 'Well, let's take a risk on him.' He showed up, and he just did this whole thing with that character that was not what I had written but was interesting to me, sort of against type. He brought this perverse quality to that character that wasn't on the page. There's a quality with Chris that [makes you think] maybe he's fucking with you a little bit. I liked that about him, this mischievous quality he had."
